阐述了耐热阀门铸钢C5阀体的开裂成因,分析了铸件的铸造缺陷、缺陷补焊和热处理操作等与阀体开裂之间的关系,提出了预防的措施。
This paper describes the causes of cracks in American Standard grades of ASTMA217- C5 heat resistant valve,analyses the relationship between casting defects,C5 valve casting incorrect welding,heat treatment operation and body crack,puts forward prevention measures.
