摘要
介绍了甲烷化技术的反应机理和研究现状及催化剂制备,综述了以德国鲁奇公司、英国Davy公司、丹麦托普索公司为代表的国外甲烷化技术及工业化应用现状,包括这3家公司的甲烷化技术在我国煤制气项目中的应用情况。介绍了国内甲烷化技术研发现状,指出我国应加快开发具有自主知识产权的甲烷化工艺技术、新设备和高温耐硫催化剂。
Methanation technology is one of the key technologies for coal-to-SNG process. In this paper, the reaction mechanism and catalyst preparation for methanation were introduced and the development status of foreign methanation technology and industrialization was reviewed with German Lurgi, British Davy and Denmark Topsoe as representatives, including the application of their methanation technologies in coal-to-SNG projects in China. The development status of domestic methanation technology and industrialization was also analyzed. Finally, suggestions were proposed for developing new methanation technology with independent intellectual property rights, new equipment and high temperature sulfur-resistant catalysts.
