摘要
在对我国桥梁工程技术进行改进的过程中,通过引入桥梁预制拼装技术,代替了传统的桥梁现浇工艺,使得施工作业效率大幅度提高,现场作业人数精简,并且减少了施工过程中对环境和交通的影响。而随着对桥梁构件的工厂化预制要求的提升,这一施工过程需要引入一种更为先进、可行的管理模式,即专业预制工厂的二维码管理模式以满足施工模式的要求。而其中,实现二维码技术在拼装过程中追踪管理功能的应用是这一模式高效、高产的核心技术,通过开发以二维码为媒介的追踪管理专用软件,针对各类构件的加工、预制及安装的整个过程中每一个流通环节进行定位和管理,实现对桥梁预制拼装追踪管理的标准化及信息化,对其研究及推广有助于未来二维码技术在通用工厂化的追踪管理中的广泛应用。
In the improvement of bridge engineering technology in China, the bridge prefabricating and assembling technology is introduced to replace the traditional cast-in-place technique of bridge in order to make the construction work efficiency greatly improved, the site worker number reduced and the influence of construction on environment and traffic decreased. With the promotion of the factory prefabrication requirement of bridge components, this construction process is required to introduce a more advanced and feasible management mode of professional prefabricating factory two-dimension code management mode in order to satisfy the requirement mode, in which the realization of two-dimension code technology is a high efficient and high production core technology in the application of tracking management function in the assembling process. Through the development of a two-dimensional code for the media tracking management software, aiming at the position and management of each intermediate link of every component in processing,prefabricating and installation, it is to realize the standardization and informatization of bridge prefabrication and assembly tracking management. Its study and popularization are conducive to the wide application of the two-dimensional code technology in the general industrialized tracking management in the future.
