摘要
钢筋保护层厚度对桥梁墩柱的受力性能、耐久性和耐火性、抗冻性均有重大影响,直接关系到桥梁的使用安全和寿命。综合工程建设质量管理方面的理论和长期的实践经验,墩柱的钢筋保护层厚度可从"人员"、"机械"、"材料"、"方法"、"环境"和"测量"共六方面因素进行分析,采取相应的对策和措施,以提高保护层厚度合格率。
The thickness of steel reinforced protection layer has the great influence on the stress property,durability, fire resistance and freezing resistance of bridge pier column, which will be directly related to the service safety and service life of bridge. According to the theory and long-term practical experience of engineering construction quality management, the thickness of steel reinforced protection layer of bridge pier column can be analyzed from the aspects of 'personnel, machinery, material, method, environment and measurement'. The relative countermeasures and measures are taken to improve the thickness qualified rate ofprotection layer.
