大断面矩形顶管复杂工况下斜交进洞施工关键技术 被引量:5

摘要 在城市繁华街区利用矩形顶管法施工地下过街通道,较之传统地面开挖工艺在管线保护、交通维持等方面有较大的优势,因此应用越来越广泛。一些工程存在用地限制、管线保护难度大等特殊工况,矩形顶管施工需要采取针对性措施。文章介绍了上海轨道交通10号线伊犁路站工程3号出入口矩形顶管法施工采取特定措施克服了区域电力排管箱涵保护难度大、38°大角度斜交进洞、2.3 m净宽小接收井需两次土中进洞等施工难题,对方案实施全过程进行剖析,总结了以上诸多措施实施效果,为类似工程施工提供参考。 Compared with the traditional ground excavation technology, the rectangular pipe jacking method has the greater superiority to construct the underpass in the pipeline protection, traffic maintenance and etc.Therefore, its application is more widely. The rectangular pipe jacking construction is required to take the targeted measures because of the land limit, pipeline protection difficulty and special construction conditions existing in some projects. The article introduces the specified measures taken to overcome the construction difficulties in the protection of regional power pipe box culvert, skewing into hole of the large 380 angle and2.3-m clear width of small receiving well required into the hole in the soil twice. The paper analyzes the whole process of the scheme implementation, and summarizes the implementation effects of many above measures, which can be referenced for the similar projects.
