摘要
针对卫星、飞船等航天器的总装业务,分析了航天器总装过程管理中设计制造模式变化、业务流程优化等新需求,提出了航天器总装MES系统的整体架构和核心功能模块设计,对系统实现中的关键技术问题给出了实现思路和方法。
Taking the spacecraft assembly of satellites and spaceships as objects, this paper analyses the new demands for manufacturing design mode change and operation process optimization of spacecraft assembly process management. Besides, it also proposes a general framework of MES system and its core module design, after which offers implementation idea and practical methods of the key techniques of the system.
