葡聚糖对烟道气饱充石灰乳生成碳酸钙影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 制糖行业是涉及国计民生的重要行业。污染排放已成为影响中国甘蔗制糖业生存与可持续发展的瓶颈问题。采用现代先进的在线颗粒度仪(FBRM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱仪(IR)等仪器,研究了葡聚糖分子质量对模拟烟道气饱充石灰乳生成碳酸钙的影响机理。碳酸钙颗粒的弦长范围和不加权中位数弦长都随葡聚糖分子质量的增大而增加。高分子长链的葡聚糖起到了牵引的架桥作用,葡聚糖与碳酸钙之间存在的是物理吸附关系。研究结果可为实现制糖产业的绿色加工和节能减排提供理论和技术依据。 It is acknowledged that the sugar industry is crucial important for the national economy and people′ s livelihood.Emissions and wastes are becoming the bottleneck problem to the survival and sustainable development of the sugar industry.The effect mechanism of molecular mass of dextran on the calcium carbonate obtained by carbonation in the lime milk with flue gas was investigated by focused beam reflectance measurement(FBRM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and infrared radiation(IR).Chord length range and unweighed median chord length of the calcium carbonate increased with the increase of the molecular mass of dextran.The physical adsorption was existed between the dextran and the calcium carbonate due to the bridging action of macromolecular long-chain dextrans.This study could make theoretical and technical foundation for realization of green processing and energy-emission reduction of sugar industry.
