摘要
利用圆珠状吸水树脂将二氧化氯制成缓释制剂,用于减少人造板游离甲醛对环境的污染。实验结果表明:圆珠状缓释二氧化氯在10 d内的释放速率为2.3 mg/h,且较为稳定;9 d内缓释二氧化氯使刨花板和中密度纤维板的甲醛释放量分别降低49.2%和52.5%,降低效果明显。
The controlled-releasing chlorine dioxide is made of bead-like absorbent resin,which is used to reduce the pollution of the formaldehyde emission by wood-based panels.Results showed that the releasing rate of the bead-like controlledreleasing chlorine dioxide was 2.3 mg/h and kept stable in 10 d;the free formaldehyde of the particleboard and fiberboard can be reduced by 49.2% and 52.5% respectively,in 9 d by controlled-releasing chlorine dioxide.
