摘要
探讨木棉混纺毛巾织物性能特点。测试了木棉竹原棉混纺毛巾的厚度、弯曲性能、透气性、悬垂性、吸水性和表面摩擦性能,并与同规格纯棉毛巾织物进行了对比。结果表明,与同规格的纯棉毛巾相比,木棉混纺毛巾厚度值小、吸水性好、织物表面摩擦小,但透气性略差;湿态下的木棉混纺毛巾较干态下更为柔软,且悬垂性和表面摩擦性能更理想;测试过程中木棉易出现断絮现象。认为:木棉混纺毛巾产品具有较好的使用舒适性,但在生产设计中应综合考虑毛巾性能,调整工艺参数以适应不同应用要求。
Properties of Kapok blended towel fabric were discussed. Properties of Kapok natural bamboo cotton blended towel such as thickness, bending property, air permeability, draping, water adsorption and surface friction were tested and compared with pure cotton towel fabric in the same specification. The test results show that thickness of Kapok blended towel is smaller, water adsorption is better, surface friction is smaller but air permeability is worse compared with pure cotton towel in same specification. Kapok blended towel in wet condition is softer than that in dry condition,the draping and surface friction are more ideal. Broken flocculant is easy to happen during testing. It is considered that comfort property of Kapok blended towel fabric is better. However, towel properties should be considered comprehensively in design, processing parameters should be adjusted to reach the demand of different application.
