Energy Saving Measure Overview of Textile Engineering Design

探讨纺织工程设计综合节能措施。结合近年来纺织厂设计的实际情况,从工艺设计和布置、厂房建筑、辅助工程等几个方面进行分析论证,提出了纺织工程设计中实现综合节能的各项技术措施。认为:纺织厂节能设计需要以工艺为主导,多专业、多学科地交叉综合运用。重视细节设计、全面优化是实现综合节能的关键。

Comprehensive energy saving measures of textile engineering design were discussed. Combining the practical situation of textile mill design in recent years, several aspects as design and arrangement of technology, mill construction,auxiliary project and so on were analyzed and demonstrated. Each technology measures to achieve compressive energy saving in textile engineering design were pot forward. It is considered that technology should be taken as the leading for energy saving design of textile mill. Multi-majors and multi-subjects should be crosswise and comprehensively applied. Paying attention to the detail design and overall optimization are the key points to realize comprehensive energy saving.
