摘要
探讨棉氨纶包芯纺织品纤维含量测试方法的准确性。对比了现行的4种棉氨纶包芯纺织品中纤维含量测试方法,以手工拆分法测试结果为标准测试结果,利用正交试验,通过改变测试过程中的试剂浓度、水浴温度和水浴时间,对偏差较大的两种测试方法进行修正。指出:FZ/T 01095—2002中的手工拆分法和GB/T2910.12—2009测试法的测试结果相近,与手工拆分法相比,溶解法受溶剂浓度、水浴温度和水浴时间、棉纤维所含杂质的影响,不同测试条件下的测试结果有较大差异,通过修正测试条件可以提高测试准确性。认为根据实际情况修正测试参数,棉氨纶包芯纺织品纤维含量各测试方法的测试结果较为一致。
Accuracy of fiber content test method for cotton spandex core spun textiles was discussed. Current four kinds of fiber content test methods for cotton spandex core spun textiles were compared. Test results obtained with manual splitting method were set as standard test results. Orthogonal test was used. By changing the reagent concentration,bath temperature and bath time during test,two test methods with larger deviation were adjusted. It is pointed that the test results obtained from manual splitting method in FZ/T 01095-2002 and method in GB/T 2910. 12-2009 are similar. Comparing with manual splitting method, test results in different test condition with dissolution method have larger differences because dissolution method is affected by reagent concentration,bath temperature and bath time. Test accuracy can be improved by adjusting test condition. It is considered that test results of fiber content in cotton spandex core spun textiles obtained from each test method can be consist by adjustment test parameters according to practical condition.
