小鼠变应性接触性皮炎模型各时期IL-33水平探索 被引量:5

摘要 IL-33通过与二型固有淋巴细胞(group 2 innate lymphoid cells,ILC2s)。上的ST2和IL-1受体辅助蛋白(IL-1 RAcP)结合,参与多种过敏性疾病发病机制,是引发过敏性疾病的关键因素。上皮细胞可经刺激产生IL-33,作用于ILC2s并使其产生Th2型细胞因子,促进Th2型过敏性疾病的发生,如过敏性皮炎吲、哮喘㈨、过敏性鼻炎等。
