计及暂态过电压约束的直流闭锁安控与极控协调控制研究 被引量:51

摘要 大容量直流闭锁引起的送端暂态过电压可能影响近区风电的稳定运行,针对计及该过电压时直流闭锁控制问题,首先,研究了直流闭锁引起的暂态过电压过程,分析了交直流运行方式对过电压水平的影响;其次,依据电网实际案例分析极控切滤波器和安控切机动作时序,揭示了二者时序配合不当则可能引起"二次压升"的潜在风险;最后,提出了直流闭锁送端暂态过电压运行分析原则和协调控制方法,并以某特高压直流典型方式为算例对所提方法进行验证。研究结果证明了所提方法的有效性。 Transient overvoltage caused by DC blocking may pose certain influence to stability of wind plants nearby. To study control strategy of DC system block under overvoltage, firstly, course of transient overvoltage is studied, and effect of AC system and DC system operation modes on overvoltage level is analyzed. Secondly, action sequence of generator shedding by stability control system and filters switched-off by pole control system is studied based on an actual case, and potential risk of secondary overvoltage caused by unmatched action sequence is revealed. Finally, analytical principle of transient overvoltage problem under DC block on rectifier side and corresponding coordinated control strategy are proposed. An ultra-high-voltage direct current(UHVDC) system is studied as an example to verify validity of the strategy.
