摘要
某型装甲车炮塔在发射过程中受到多种载荷的共同作用,使得采用常规有限元软件难以对炮塔进行受力分析。采用等参单元逆映射技术可以实现某型装甲车炮塔在焊接残余应力、火炮后坐力和炮口冲击波载荷共同作用下的多场耦合受力分析,并采用ANSYS与MATLAB设计了一套等参单元逆映射多场耦合计算流程,通过对受拉平板的计算,验证了设计系统具有计算精度高,计算效率高的优势。针对所研究的炮塔,采用等参单元逆映射技术与之前设计的计算流程,实现了在发射过程中炮塔多场耦合分析,根据对炮塔局部位置等效应力云图与炮塔裂纹位置的对比,验证了炮塔耦合应力场计算的准确性,计算结果为型装甲车炮塔结构的改进以及炮塔裂纹的止裂提供科学依据。
A variety of loads apply on a certain type of armored vehicle turret during firing, this makes it hard to analyze the force state of the turret with conventional finite element software. Isoparametric element inverse mapping technology was adopted to realize the turret coupling analysis under welding residual stress, artillery recoil and the muzzle blast wave load, the calculation process of isoparametric inverse mapping technology coupling analysis was de- signed with ANSYS and MATLAB, and this process was verified to be high precision and efficiency through a tensile tablet case. For the study on the turret, the turret load coupling analysis was implemented in the process of firing, and isoparametric element inverse mapping technology and calculation process were adopted. According to the turret local part equivalent stress nephogram and turret crack location, the turret coupling stress calculation accuracy was verified The calculation results can show the improvement of the turret structure and turret crack crack prevention.
