摘要
在工业过程控制优化设计中,为了提高工业过程中带有纯滞后的二阶惯性系统控制效果,提出一种采用模型预测误差延迟的动态矩阵控制(MPED-DMC)算法,与PID控制构成串级控制系统。PID控制作为副回路快速抑制大扰动,考虑到系统大惯性和纯滞后等特征,主回路采用带有一个时延环节的动态矩阵控制,以提高控制系统动态性能。在双容水箱液位控制系统上进行了仿真,结果表明,改进控制方法既提高了其抗干扰能力也保证了响应的快速性,具有更好的鲁棒性和动态调节品质。
In order to improve industrial process control results with pure lag second inertia system, a dynamic matrix control algorithm with delayed model prediction error ( MPED - DMC) is proposed, which constitutes cascade control system with PID control. PID control is used in vice loop to quickly suppress large disturbance, taking into account the large inertia and time delay system characteristics, dynamic matrix control with a delay links is adopted in main loop, in order to improve the dynamic performance of the control system. Simulation experiment is carried out on the dual vessel water tank liquid level control system, and the resuhs show that the control method not only en- hances its anti -jamming capability also ensures a rapid response, and has good robustness and dynamic regulating performance.
