摘要
焦炉集气管压力是炼焦生产过程中的重要工艺参数,其值稳定与否,直接影响到煤气质量、焦炉寿命和生产环境,以及冷凝鼓风机设备的安全运行。焦炉集气管压力控制系统是一个强干扰、典型非线性和多变量耦合的复杂系统,难以建立精确的数学模型。采用支持向量机直接逆模型控制器和非线性PID控制器相结合的方法设计出一种复合控制器。在MATLAB软件环境下,建立焦炉集气管压力系统及其控制系统的仿真模型且进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明,所建模型以及该复合控制方法的合理性和有效性,上述控制策略的解耦特性良好,具有一定的抗干扰能力,可以保证焦炉集气管压力稳定在现场工艺要求的范围内。
The coke oven gas collector pressure is the important process parameters in coking production, its val- ue is stable or not, directly affect the gas quality and the life of coke oven and the production environment, as well as safe operation of the condensation blower equipment. The coke oven gas collector pressure control system is a com- plex system with strong external disturbances, non -linearity and coupling relations, it is difficult to establish accu- rate mathematical model. A compound controller is designed by combing the direct inverse model control and propor- tional integral differential (PID) controllers based on support vector machines (SVM). The rationality and validity of the established model and the compound control method are inspected through MATLAB. Simulation results show that the compound control strategy has good decoupling features and anti - interference ability. The gas collector pressure is ensured to reach the desired technology range.
