摘要
原油管道结蜡造成管道流通截面减小,摩阻增大,不仅降低了管道输送能力,还增加了输油成本,甚至造成管道停输,对原油管道输送造成重大危害。磁化防蜡技术属于原油的物理改性技术,相比传统的化学添加剂防蜡技术,不会造成原油品质的降低,而且设备安装简单、使用方便、成本低、时效长,不但能够降低原油的析蜡点,而且能够降低原油粘度,提高原油在输油管中的流动性,减小输送阻力。
Wax precipitation in the crude oil pipelines leads to the decrease of the pipe flow area and increase of the friction, it also reduces the pipelines transmission capacity, enhances the costs of oil transportation, even causes the shutdown of pipelines resulting in major hazards. Compared with the traditional chemical additives technology of paraffin control, magnetization technology belongs to the physical modification technology which will not damage the quality of the crude oil. Its equipment is easy to install and use with a low cost and long seasoning. Magnetization technology could not only reduce the wax precipitation point of crude oil, but also be able to lower the viscosity of crude oil and enhance the oil liquidity in the pipeline which may reduce the transmission resistance apparently.
