摘要
改变管板与换热管接头附近的结构,会对管板及管头处的应力产生影响,通过Ansys Workbench建模和计算,分析比较了常规管板和管孔边带环槽的管板在相同条件下的应力情况,与常规结构管板相比,改进的管孔边带环槽结构的管板可以有效改善管板管程侧表面应力强度。
Joint structure of tube sheet affects its stress. By simulating calculation with Workbench,two types of internal fillet welding tube sheets,ordinary one and one with round grooves,worked under same pressure and temperature conditions and found that the stress intensity on the tube side's surface of the tube sheet with grooves decreased.
