核电站用1E级电缆作为执行核安全功能的重要电气设备,在其设计制造阶段均应受国家核安全监管机构的监督、采购方的监造。因其固有的特点,在其许可证申请阶段、持证后的设计制造阶段的监督过程中均存在需要细化的环节。通过讲解,希望可以使持证单位自身能够形成良好的核安全文化理念,依法依规去开展相关的活动。

As important electrical equipment for nuclear safety function,class 1E cables should be supervised by National nuclear safety surveillance department and audited by buyers during the designing and manufacturing stages.Surveillance during license application and designing and manufacturing stages in license holding period needs to be more detailed because of its inherent characteristics. It is hoped that license holding organizations can form favorable nuclear safety culture concept to carry out relevant activities in accordance with law and regulations.
