摘要
为了保持电力在各个时间段的供需平衡,该文形式化地表示了在高峰和低谷时间段的电力消费转移问题,进而提出了一种三层架构的电力消费转移方案。方案中,用户可以通过将电量消费从高峰期时间段转移到低谷期时间段,获取额外的奖励。考虑到不同地理区域的用户的转移成本范围不同,该方案首先以均衡的方式将收益分配给不同地理区域的代理商,然后根据效用使用一种严格的规则将收益分配给贡献者,实现了方案满足均衡、个体理性、预算平衡和激励相容等理论属性。实验结果表明,该方案在顺利完成电力转移任务保持供需平衡的基础上,提高了社会奖励值及其稳定性。
In order to maintain the balance between the supply and demand of electric power in every period of time,this paper formally describes the problem of electric power consumption shifting within two different time intervals of the peak and the bottom,and then presents a directly applicable electric power consumption shifting scheme with three-tier architecture. Users participating in the scheme,however,can get extra rewards through shifting certain power consumption quantity from the peak to the bottom time intervals. In addition,taking into account the fact that individual shifting costs vary with the different geographic areas,this scheme firstly allocates rewards to agencies in different geographic areas in the way of equilibrium. A strictly proper rule is proposed to reward contributors according to the efficiency,which achieves the theoretical properties including equilibrium,individual rationality,budget balance and incentive compatibility. The experimental results indicate that the proposed scheme not only smoothly completes the electric power consumption shifting and keeps power balanced between supply and demand in every period of time,but also improves the social rewards and its stability.
