乳腺癌保乳术后调强放疗的疗效及可行性分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌保乳术后调强放疗(IMRT)的疗效及可行性。方法回顾性分析81例左侧乳腺癌保乳术后患者的临床资料及随访记录,将采用三维适形放疗(3D-CRT)的43例设为3D-CRT组,采用IMRT放疗的38例设为IMRT组,对比两组癌肿控制疗效及不良反应。结果 IMRT组局部控制率、存活率均略高于3D-CRT组,复发率、远处转移率均略低于3D-CRT组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),IMRT组不良反应发生率低于3DCRT组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IMRT与3D-CRT控制乳腺癌肿效果无明显差异,但IMRT不良反应低,临床可行性优于3D-CRT。
