摘要
目的了解维持性血液透析患者的希望与自我管理现状,并探讨二者之间的相关性。方法采用一般情况调查表、Herth希望量表和血液透析患者自我管理行为量表,对郑州市内的三所综合性医院的血液净化中心120例维持性血透患者进行了问卷调查。结果维持性血液透析患者的自我管理均分为(45.16±6.51)分;希望总体的均分为(32.67±6.51)分,83.2%的血液透析患者希望水平处于中、高水平;不同婚姻状况和文化程度的患者希望得分有所不同(P<0.05);血液透析患者自我管理与希望呈现正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论医护人员应对年轻血液透析患者的希望水平进行评估,制定个体化的护理措施,对患者进行有效护理干预,提高患者自我管理能力。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of hope level and self-management of MHP and discuss the correlation between them. Method Totally 120 MHP were investigated using the selfdesigned demographic information questionnaire,Herth Hope Index( HHI) and Self-Management Scale for Hemodialysis( SMSH). Results The average score of self-management is( 45. 16 ± 6. 51); 83. 2%of surveyed patients got a mediate or high-level in hope level and the population mean of hope is( 35. 67± 7. 51); Score differences exist among different marriage status and education level of patients( P < 0.05); There was a significant positive relation between hope level and self-management of hemodialysis patients. Conclusion Medical personnel should assess the hope level of young hemodialysis patients in order to make individual care measures,provide effective nursing intervention for patients and improve the self-management of patients.
