摘要
为了辅助管理者进行知识型员工调度决策,提出一个知识型员工-任务匹配程度计算系统的总体框架.阐述了系统的工作流程、核心模块数据结构的设计、概念知识地图的构建和员工-任务匹配程度的计算方法.根据概念知识地图获取语义距离矩阵,语义距离矩阵用于描述员工专业知识和任务需求中涉及的概念之间的关系,是构建员工工作能力对象的基础.概念知识地图采用协同创作的方式构建,通过对员工交流互动进行分析,设计协同创作规则.将量化后的员工工作能力对象映射到几何代数空间,把员工-任务匹配程度的计算问题,转化为点集的距离求解问题.最后,介绍了该系统的实际应用情况,结果表明,系统可以为知识型项目成员的选择提供依据.
To assist managers to schedule knowledge workers,a calculation system framework to match knowledge workers and task was proposed.The workflow,data structure design of core modules,construction of conceptual knowledge map and a calculation method of matching degree between workers and task were elaborated.A semantic distance matrix was obtained according to the conceptual knowledge map.This matrix could describe the relationships among the concepts involved in workers' professional knowledge and task requirements,and was the basis to construct the worker competence object.The map was constructed in a collaborative way,with interactive communication among workers analyzed,which could help to design collaborative rules.The workers' competence objects were mapped to the geometric algebra space after quantization,and the matching degree calculation between worker and task was converted into the distance between two point sets.An enterprise application was given.Results indicate that the system can provide a basis for the knowledge-intensive enterprises when selecting project members.
