Internet finance is the result of overall integration of internet technology and finance ,and it is the new ecological finance in the Internet age .With the help of Internet ,the operation of various financial bus‐iness is more and more convenient .The concept and characteristics of the internet finance were introduced . Based on the analysis of present situation of internet finance and problems ,suggestions on the develop‐ment of the internet finance were put forward ,so as to promote the development of internet finance in Chi‐na .
