摘要
高校毕业生因情感而引发的心理危机已经成为一个严重的社会问题。毕业生的情感危机如得不到及时的解决,则会出现不良的后果,严重的甚至导致自杀、伤人等恶性事件。本研究运用音乐引导积极想象技术对高校毕业生的情感危机进行实验干预,试图挖掘其自身积极资源,帮助其树立信心,缓解其消极情绪,帮助其顺利地度过情感危机。实践证明,音乐引导积极想象是一项行之有效的治疗技术。
It has become a serious social problem that affection can lead to college graduates'psychological crisis .If the emotional crisis of college graduates is not timely solved ,negative consequences will occur , which may even lead to committing suicide ,wounding and other severe malignant events .Trying to use the technique of active imagination of music guidance for an experimental intervention in college graduates'emotional crisis ,students'own active resources were excavated ,so as to help to build their confidence , ease their negative emotion and help them get through the emotional crisis .It has been proved that the ac‐tive imagination of music guidance is an effective treatment technology .
