摘要
将烟火切割技术应用于油田井下金属管柱的切割中可以满足特殊环境及特殊要求的切割。针对油田井下的特点,设计了一种井下金属管柱切割装置,主要从切割的烟火药配方、装药方式和油田井下烟火切割装置的总体结构设计等方面进行了研究。通过油田井下切割应用试验证明了烟火切割技术在油田井下金属管柱的切割中具有非常好的切割效果。
The pyrotechnic cutting technology can satisfy with the special environment and requirement in the metal pipe cutting of oil field. In view of the characteristics of the oil field, one kind of pyrotechnic cutting device was designed, the design of pyrotechnic composition formulation, charging method and corresponding cutting device structure were presented. The cutting experiment showed that it had good effect in the application of the pyrotechnic cutting technology in the metal pipe cutting of oil field.
