维生素D的神经免疫调节作用及其与神经精神疾病的关系 被引量:3

Neuroimmunomodulatory effects of vitamin D and its relationship with neuropsychiatric disorders

摘要 近年来,越来越多的研究表明维生素D不仅在钙磷调节和骨密度的维持中起到至关重要的作用,其作为新的开环甾体激素在免疫调节和维持中枢神经系统正常生理功能中的作用也日益引起研究者的重视。包括多发性硬化症、阿尔兹海默病、帕金森病、精神分裂症、抑郁症等多种神经精神疾病经常伴随着维生素D的缺乏和免疫系统的激活。本文就近年来维生素D在神经免疫调节中的作用以及其与这些多种神经精神疾病的关系进行综述。 Over the last decade, a growing body of evidence has indicated that vitamin D is not only crucial in maintaining calcium-phosphorus homeostasis and bone density, but also implicated in the regulation of immune system and the maintenance of the normal function of central nervous system. A variety of neuropsychiattic disorders such as multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, schizophrenia, and depression are suggested to be associated with vitamin D deficiency and immune activation. In this review, we summarize the recent key findings concerning the effect of vitamin D on neuroimmmune modulation and its potential role in those neuropsychiatric disorders.
