摘要
高职通信人才的培养与学历教育和职业技能的培养密不可分,为了解决现代学徒制下走出校企合作联合培养通信人才的问题,文章提出了将职业技能教育融入到高职院校的日常人才培养方案中的设计,并对其进行了探索和研究。
