高职通信专业现代学徒制的工学交替探究

现阶段,对于通信类高职人才的培养存在着一定的难度,通信类行业本身技术更新较快,技术要求较高。因此,对于通信人才的培养模式需要进行改革。现代学徒制最早源于德国,它是产教融合的基本制度载体和有效实现形式,也是国际职业教育的发展趋势,并且对于人才的培养起这积极的作用。文章通过通信类专业学生基于现代学徒制下的工学交替实践写下一点心得体会。

At present, there are some dififculties in the development of the communication of higher vocational talents, and the technology of the communication industry is updated quickly, and the technical requirements are relatively high. Therefore, it is necessary to reform the training mode of communication talents. Modern apprenticeship is the earliest source in Germany, it is the integration of production and education of the basic system of carrier and effective realization form, is the international vocational education development trend, and to foster talent this positive role. This paper is based on the study of the students of communication specialty, which is based on the practice of the modern apprenticeship.
