This paper mainly discusses the front-end web multi thread technology, in this paper begins with an analysis of the traditional multi threading technology principle and application scenarios, and then analyzes the HTML5 specification of web worker technical principle, produce the necessity and specific application scenarios, through comparative analysis, we can draw the following conclusions： front-end web worker threads and traditional multithreaded nature is very different, it is more suitable for due to the server or client long time calculation leads to a web front-end in the blocking state of the scene.
