“信息—技术—管理”三种维度的医院信息化建设

Hospital Information Construction Based on the Three Dimension “ Information-Technology-Management”

医院信息化建设是深化医改的重要任务,是促进医院卫生事业科学发展、实现医院智能化医疗服务目标的重要支撑。然而,在这建设过程中也面临着信息、技术和管理3个层面的快速变化所带来挑战,给医院信息化建设提出了新的课题。文章以医院信息化建设的核心理论为出发点,从"信息—技术—管理"三个维度对医院信息化建设进行探讨,从而将医疗信息化推到一个新高度。

Hospital information technology is an important task of deepening medical reform, and the important supports to promote the development of the hospital hygiene and achieve intelligent hospital service goals. However, in this construction process we are also faced with the challenges which posed by the rapid changes of these three levels ： ＂information technology and management＂,all of these raised new issue of the construction of hospital information. In this paper, the concept of hospital information technology and related problems faced by the ＂Information-Technology-Management＂ three dimensions to explore the construction of hospital information, medical information will be pushed to a new level.
