摘要
随着国家全面推进三网融合,广电行业在现代化信息技术不断发展的支持下,作为核心业务的数字电视业务已基本推广完成,新的目光已瞄向新的利润增长点业务:宽带业务。文章从广电行业的角度,通过对工单管理系统的设计及实现过程,提出了以引入工作流来解决工单快速安装、及时维护、有效监督等问题的解决方案,提高了广电行业对工单的精细化管理,为开展新业务提供了有力保障。
