随着4G网络技术、云技术的飞速发展和移动智能手机的广泛应用,搭建高校移动学习平台成为一种可能。文章基于云技术对搭建高校移动学习平台的关键技术进行了研究与实践,实现了跨平台的教学资源共享、二维码资源管理、按需教学资源推送、实时教学互助、移动考试训练和教学效果分析等功能,使学习者不受时间、地点、环境等各种因素的制约,可以"随时随地、按需学习"。
