摘要
本文利用Solid Works软件对智能喷雾车驾驶室建立了3D模型,基于ANSYS Workbench协同仿真平台,参考《农林拖拉机防护装置静态试验方法和验收技术条件》中规定的检验项目进行有限元分析,得出了驾驶室变形云图,通过对其结果进行分析,运用优化设计理念对驾驶室进行优化,改进后的结构在相同载荷作用下最大应力和最大变形量都有了明显降低,为结构优化提供依据和参考。
In this paper, Solid Works software was used tobuild 3 D model of the smart spray car cab, based on ANSYS Workbench collaborative simulation platform, the inspection items specified in the static test method and technical testing conditions for agricultural andforestry tractor protection device were conducted with the finite element analysis, the deformation cloud image of the eabwas obtained, through the analysis of the results, thecab is optimized using the optimization design concept, the maximum stress and deformation of the improved structure under the same loading were significantly decreased, providing basis and reference for structural optimization.
