10 000Nm3/h空分设备因粗氩冷凝器泄漏,导致调试过程中工艺氩中微量氧纯度无法达标。介绍泄漏故障现象和发生的原因,阐述故障排除措施和制氩空分设备在安装环节对换热器二次保压的重要性。
Crude argon condenser leakage of 10000 Nm^3/h air separation device results in the pure of mircooxygen in argon cannot reach the standard during debugging. The phenomenon and thecauses of leakage are introduced, the trouble shooting measures and importance of second pressure test of heat-exchanger in installation of the argon generation system of air separation are expounded.
