This paper briefly introduces the technological principle of the liquid nitrogen cooling teehnologyand its structure composition of the system. Through the analysis of several important technique factorsin the production process of aluminum profile extrusion, it probes into the beneficial effects brought by the liquid nitrogen cooling technology on aluminum profile extrusion production ： using liquid nitrogencooling technology can effectively reduce the outlet temperature of the aluminum profile and improve thesurface quality of the section, to improve the extrusion speed, promote the enterprises to improve production efficiency.
