摘要
简要介绍了液氮冷却技术的工艺原理及其系统结构组成;通过对铝型材挤压生产过程中几个重要工艺因素的分析,探讨了液氮冷却技术对铝型材挤压生产所带来的有益效果:采用液氮冷却技术能有效降低铝型材的出口温度,改善型材的表面质量,有利于提高其挤压生产速度,促进企业提高生产效率。
This paper briefly introduces the technological principle of the liquid nitrogen cooling teehnologyand its structure composition of the system. Through the analysis of several important technique factorsin the production process of aluminum profile extrusion, it probes into the beneficial effects brought by the liquid nitrogen cooling technology on aluminum profile extrusion production : using liquid nitrogencooling technology can effectively reduce the outlet temperature of the aluminum profile and improve thesurface quality of the section, to improve the extrusion speed, promote the enterprises to improve production efficiency.
