摘要
本文研究了将水样衍生化处理后,采用气相色谱仪、毛细管柱和电子捕获检测器(ECD)测定水中碘化物的方法.实验结果表明,在重铬酸钾浓度为5g/L,与丁酮反应20min时,目标产物的峰面积最大.此方法的最低检出质量为0.001ng,检出限为1μg/L,在1.0-10.0μg/L的线性范围内,线性相关系数R为0.9996,RSD范围为1.68%-2.44%,加标回收率范围为91.4%-98.5%.该方法快速、简单,干扰较少,样品需求量少,结果准确、可靠,重现性好,检出限低,实用价值高,适用于水中碘化物的测定.
In this paper, afterwater sample was derivatized,a method of using gas chromatography, capillary column and an electron capture detector (ECD) to determine iodide squarein water was studied. Experimental results showed that when the concentration of potassium dichromate was 5g/L, and reacted with methyl ethyl ketone for 20 min, the target product has the largest peak.The lowest detection mass was 0.001 ng and the determination limit was 1 ug/L. During a linear range of 1.0 - 10 ug/L, the linear correlation coefficient R was 0.9996, the RSD was between 1.68 % and 2.44 %, and the recovery rate was from 91.4 % to 98.5. Themethod has the advantages of rapidity, convenient, small quantity of sample required and without any interference. The result was accurate and highly reproducible, has low determine limit,has high practical value,and can be used to determine the iodide in water.
