社会心理支持护理对改善癌症化疗患者自我感受负担的效果研究

Effective Research of Social Psychological Supportive Nursing to Improve Self-perceived Burden in Cancer Patients Receiving Chemotherapy

目的:探讨社会心理支持护理对改善癌症化疗患者自我感受负担的临床效果。方法:选取2013年3月至2014年3月期间于我院收治的200例癌症化疗住院患者为研究对象,按随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组接受常规治疗护理,观察组在常规护理基础上通过语言交流、社会支持、院外心理护理等方面给予社会心理支持护理,比较两组经社会心理支持护理后患者自我感受负担、社会支持度、生活质量改善的效果。结果:观察组在社会心理支持护理后的SPB评分(31.38±6.56)较对照组(38.44±6.31)明显降低(P<0.05);客观支持、主观支持评分、支持利用度以及社会支持总分的SSRS评分较对照组以及护理前均显著升高,且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);QLQ-CCC总分(118.47±14.93)较对照组(107.08±9.66)升高明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社会心理支持护理能够显著降低癌症化疗患者的自我感受负担,提高家庭和社会在癌症患者化疗过程中的支持度,并提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of social psychological supportive nursing on improving selfperceived burden in cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. Methods： From March 2013 to March 2014,200 cases of cancer patients receiving chemotherapy in our hospital were included in this study. Patients were divided into control group（ 100 cases） and observation group（ 100 cases） according to the principle of random allocation. The control group received conventional nursing and the observation group was given additional social psychological supportive nursing through language communication,social support,psychological nursing care outside the hospital,etc. The improving efficacy of self-perceived burden,social support degree and quality of life were compared between these two groups. Results： After accepting social psychological supportive nursing,the SPB score in the observation group was significantly decreased than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The SSRS scores of objective support,support utilization,subjective support and social support increased significantly in observation group comparing with thoes of control group and those investigated before nursing（ P〈0. 05）. QLQ-CCC increased significantly in observation group than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Social psychological supportive nursing can significantly reduce the self-perceived burden of cancer patients accepting chemotherapy,as well as increase family and social support in the process of chemotherapy and improve patients＇ life quality.
