摘要 对影响摇蚊幼虫存活率的外在因素进行了初步探索.以摇蚊幼虫存活率为指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验对摇蚊幼虫存活条件进行优化.结果表明:温度对摇蚊幼虫存活率的影响最为明显,贡献率为98.16%,而质量及水量的变化对摇蚊幼虫存活率没有显著性影响. In this paper, an investigation was conducted into the influence of environmental factors on the survival rate of chironomid larvae. Using the survival rate as the index, the authors of the paper optimized survival conditions of chironomid larvae by means of single factor and orthogonal tests. The results showed that water temperature was the most important factor responsible for the survival rate of chironomid larvae, with the contribution rate of 98.16%, while the changes of weight and water amount exerted no significant impact on the survival rate of chironomid larvae.
