近年来,越来越多的图书馆开展了真人图书借阅服务。真人图书活动主持人在活动前期、中期、后期扮演相当重要的角色,而鲜有人关注主持人在活动组织中的重要性。根据活动的性质,主持人应当具备随和、亲切、机智的素质和风格。在当前情况下,公共图书馆可设置专职主持人岗位,以促进活动的持续发展。

Living Library appears in more and more public libraries in recent years. The host of Living Library plays an important role in the earlier, middle and later phases of Living Books borrowing, while the host is always unobserved. According to the characteristics of the activity, the host must be easy going, kind and smart. Public library could set full-time host position if possible, so as to promote the sustainable development of Living Library.
