摘要
新公共服务理论的核心思想包括以公民为服务对象、以追求公共利益为目标、强调服务的理念、明确责任的复杂性与重要性以及提倡新型的管理模式五个方面。新公共服务理论与公共数字文化服务资源整合具有一定的关联,其对公共数字文化服务资源整合的借鉴意义包括整合公共数字文化资源、变革传统服务理念、完善服务体系、完善服务法规及加强公共文化服务机构合作五个方面,而在实践中也应当注意国情与体制、理论与实践、公民自身意识问题。
The core idea of New Public Service Theory includes: regarding citizen as the service object, pursuing public interest as the goal, emphasizing the concept of service, defining the complexity and importance of responsibilities and promoting the new management mode. New Public Service Theory and the resource integration of the public digital cultural service have a certain relevance, and the reference significance of it is following five aspects: integrating public digital cultural resources,transforming the traditional service concept, promoting the service system, improving service regulations and strengthening the cooperation between public cultural service institutions. Besides, there are some limitations in practice which should be paid attention to such as the problem of national condition and system, theory and practice and citizen's self consciousness..
