摘要
目前,我国图书馆界馆员职业道德准则理论上还不能深层次解答许多问题。实践中,一些馆员不对读者承担责任和义务;对准则还存在许多误解。准则并不是对所有馆员都适用,只有那些具有职业道德判断能力者才适用;准则不但针对馆员,也针对有关组织;准则既有"软"的一面,又有"硬"的一面,践行准则不只是教人从善、做合格馆员的,更重要的是治"馆";馆员不但要践行职业道德准则,还要践行社会的公德。
At present, professional ethics norm for librarian in China has not yet answered many questions deeply in theory. In practice, some librarians did not undertake responsibilities and obligations for readers; there were still many misconceptions for the norm. The research showed that the norm was applicable only to those who have professional ethical judgment, not all librarians. The norm was not only for librarians, but also for the relevant organization. The norm include''soft'' and ''hard'' side. Practicing the guidelines not just teaches people to be good and qualified librarians, it's more important to ''the management of library''. Librarians would practice not only the professional ethics norm, but also the morality of society.
