How to Carry out Refined Occupation Guidance in Higher Vocational Colleges: Taking Wuxi Institute of Technology as an Example

高职院校开展职业指导工作的可以帮助高职生提高职业能力和核心竞争力。然而,在实践中高职学校开展的职业指导还存在精细化程度不高等问题。如何提高职业指导的精细化程度,是职业指导工作的重要课题。文章分析了开展精细化职业指导的现实意义,提出了高职院校开展精细化职业指导的原则和途径,以无锡职业技术学院开展精细化职业指导的做法为例,指导高职院校开展精细化职业指导的实践。

Refined occupation guidance ha higher vocational colleges can help students cultivate their working ability and enhance their core competitiveness. However, there are some problems such as lack of refhaed management and etc in practice in occupation guidance in colleges. How to improve refined management in occupation guidance is an important issue. Taking Wuxi Institute of Teehnology＇s refined occupation guidance as a practical example, this paper analyzes the significance of refined occupation guidance, proposes some feasible rules and ways of refined occupation guidance in higher vocational colleges.
