摘要
通过深入企业调研高职学生在知识、职业能力、职业素养三方面的表现情况,分析"轻过程、轻行为、轻课后"评价的传统学习质量评价体系对学生职业行为、能力的影响,重新构建了网络环境下以"过程评价、行为评价、企业评价"相结合的多元化评价体系,对有效提高人才培养质量有一定的作用。
Based on the in-depth research of the students' performances of knowledge, vocational ability and professional capabilities in enterprises, the paper analyzes the influence of traditional learning quality evaluation system of "paying less attention to the students' learning process, their behavior and their after-class activities" on the students' professional behavior and abilities and reconstructs the multi-evaluation system characterized by integrated " process evaluation, behavior evaluation and enterprise evaluation" under the network environment to effectively enhance the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
