准入制证书取消背景下浙江高职报关专业发展路径探讨

Exploration on Customs Major Development Paths in Colleges in Zhejiang under Background of Quasicertificate Access System Cancellation

随着海关总署改革报关员资质制度,取消报关从业人员准入门槛,对高职院校报关专业发展带来前所未有的的挑战与机遇。以浙江高职院校为例,对现有的报关专业进行了详细的SWOT分析,提出了今后高职报关专业的发展路径,即重新定位培养目标,开展课程教学改革,加强学生职业能力及构建双导师制的校企合作模式等。

Quasi-certificate access system cancellation is one of the reform measures of the customs declarant qualification system implemented by General Administration of Customs, which brings great challenges and opportunities for the development of the customs major in colleges. Taking some colleges in Zhejiang province as examples, the paper presents a thorough SWOT analysis of the customs major and puts forward some development paths-to reposition the cultivating goal of the major, carry out the teaching reform, strengthen the cultivation of the students＇ vocational ability and the construct school-enterprise cooperation pattern featured by double qualification tutorial system and etc.
