摘要
我国有2.7亿农民工,如何实现其顺利就业以及保护其合法权益,已成为我们面临的重要问题。作为一种新型的就业服务方式和企业用工制度,劳务派遣在促进农民工就业,提高农民工收入,保护农民工合法权益等方面都具有重要的作用和意义。但是,我国刚刚起步的劳务派遣制度还存在着一定弊端。因此,只有采取有效措施,才能保障劳务派遣组织和活动健康地发展,并进一步维护农民工的合法权益。
In the face of 270 million migrant workers,the realization of the employment and ensure their legitimate rights and interests have become an important problem we are facing.As a new form of employment services and enterprise employment system,labor dispatch plays an important role in promoting the employment of migrant workers,adding the income of migrant workers and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers etc.However,China still exists certain defects of labor dispatch.Effective measures should be taken to safeguard the labor dispatching organization and activities healthy development to further protect the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers.
