高校志愿组织与NGO合作模式初探

Study on Cooperation Mode of College Voluntary Organization and NGO

高校志愿组织和NGO两者作为当前社会最重要的志愿服务组织,分别发挥了不可替代的重要作用。但二者各有优势,各有短板。二者合作,优势互补,将进一步提升志愿服务效果。文章在对高校志愿组织与NGO二者合作现状进行分析研究的基础上,提出了从高校志愿组织、NGO和政府社会管理部门三个层面来做好政策法规、保障机制、培养机制等方面的建设。

As the most important current social voluntary service organizations College Voluntary Organization and NGO have played an irreplaceable role respectively.Meanwhile who have their own advantages and short boards of their development.Cooperation between the two organizations will integrate resources to complement each other＇s advantages so that it can further enhances the effect of voluntary service.This article analyzes the cooperation status quo between College Voluntary Organization and NGO which suggests that we can do well in the political policy regulations and the safeguard mechanism,training mechanism and so on among the college voluntary organizations,NGO and government social management departments.
