地方矿业高校本硕连读学生培养模式探索与实践

The Exploration and Practice on Cultivation Mode of Straight Entrance to the Undergraduate-Graduate Student in Local Mining Colleges

本硕连读培养模式作为地方矿业高校人才培养的新型形式,为选拔有潜力和专业倾向比较明显的学生较早进入其所擅长和喜好的科学研究领域和培养本学科的创新研究型人才提供了一种新途径。本文通过对河南理工大学矿业类专业本硕连读学生基础和专业课程的培养模式、室内实验及现场实践培养模式、科研兴趣和创新能力培养模式的探索和实践,探索出一个适合我校本硕连读的学生培养模式。这对提高地方矿业类高校本硕连读学生的综合素质、服务中原经济区的经济建设、培养行业科技创新塔尖人才具有重要的理论和实践意义。

As the new education pattern of personnel training in our country,the undergraduate straight entrance to-graduate provides a new new way for potential and professional obvious tendency＇s students to take part in the field of academic research which they are good at and fond of.This paper analyzes the exploration training modes of the basic course,the major course,the indoor test,the field experiment,the field practice,the research team,the research and innovation ability＇s exploration so that we can explore a training mode of straight entrance to the undergraduate-graduate students in local-mining colleges.It helps to improve the overall quality of straight entrance to the graduate students,who are in the service of the economic construction of Zhongyuan economy areas.It is valid for theory and practice to train a number of technological innovation expert talent in this particular field.
