摘要 光明路蓟运河大桥是一座独塔空间扭转索面斜拉桥,跨径布置为(118+118)m,主梁为钢箱梁结构。本文对该大桥钢箱梁顶推安装施工工艺进行了系统阐述,对顶推临时墩和顶推平台的设置,导梁的设计,顶推系统的原理等进行了着重说明,同时介绍了如何通过分阶段顶推实现全桥索塔和钢箱梁的同步施工,加快施工进度,保证了关键节点工期。 Ji canal bridge on Guangming road is a single tower spatial torsional cable plane cable stayed bridge ,the span is arranged as( 118 + 118 m)and the main girder is of steel box girder structure. In this paper, the steel box girder pushing installation and construction technology of the bridge was described systematically, especially the arrangement of temporary pier and pushing platform, the design of guide beam, the principle of the pushing system etc. were given emphatically. Meanwhile, it was introduced that, through pushing in stages, the synchronous construction of the whole bridge cable tower and steel box beam was realized, which speeded up the construction progress and ensured the key node construction schedule.
