摘要
流水施工的工期计算是施工设计和管理的重点,成倍节拍流水的工期计算公式在不同的书籍、教材和文献资料中有不同的形式和参数,且相互很难代替计算,且公式限制条件多,不利于工程实际组织的应用文章通过对不同资料提出的工期计算公式的特点和不足进行分析比较,根据工程应用的要求,对原有成倍节拍流水施工的工期计算公式进行了应用性优化调整,主要是将mzhave重新定义为最后一个施工过程施工队平均经过的施工段数量,且公式不限定施工段的数量,使之在实际工程施工中的应用更为简便和准确,窝工和间歇的时间也能实现可控,并提出公式的适用范围主要为单层或层数较少的公共建筑。
The duration calculation for a flow construction is the key point of the construction design and management, the duration calculation formula of double-beat flow construction in different books, textbooks and literatures have different forms and parameters, and they are difficult to be replaced by each other. Based on analysis and comparison of characteristics of duration calculation formula proposed in different data and defects, its applicability optimization and adjustment are made according to the engineering application requirements,that is,the zh ave is redefined as the average number of construction section for which the construction team has worked in the last construction process, and not limiting the number of construction section, it makes the formula simpler and more accurate in actual engineering construction application. Idling time and break time can be controlled, and it is proposed that the formula is mainly suitable for single story public buildings or public buildings with few stories.
